  Health - Beauty - Fitness

What is a dermatoscope? A dermatoscope is a handheld, lighted instrument used by dermatologists and other health care providers to examine skin lesions. Dermatoscopes are used to view the skin in order to diagnose conditions such as skin cancer, rosacea, acne, moles and melanomas. They are not designed to be used as diagnostic tools. The dermatoscope is a handheld device with a magnifying lens on one end and a light source on the other. More details visit here.
