Our company is aware of that every time we need shirts stenciled, that we are able to rely upon Daniel and Victor to get the job done, and on time! The both of them are true professionals in terms of getting our shirts stenciled. I even encourage them to counsel how I can make our shirts even higher, since they are the ones with the knowledge and expertise. These explicit shirts MUST be carried out to perfection and they are.The silk-screening is precise and of fantastic quality. Daniel was excellent to work with; very friendly, personable and quick to offer ideas to improve our design and order expertise whereas respecting our image and wishes. Our order required getting shirts from a provider in one other state. Even after the shirts had been delayed in transit to Twisted Image, Daniel delivered our order on the day we initially agreed. When the provider added some unexpected transport prices, Daniel lined them to honor our authentic quote.At the first e-mail, he mentioned they'd work with me to switch these too-small shirts, however then just stopped ALL communication with me! This was very irritating that I couldn't get a hold of him to see about reprinting a couple shirts. This customer service was TERRIBLE and I can not advocate Twisted Image.
