Lubricant-grade PTFE micropowder could improve the lubrication performance of lubricating oil and grease under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
Even if the base oil is lost, PTFE micropowder can also work as a dry lubricant and self-lubricant. It is usually applied in silicone oil, mineral oil, or paraffin oil to improve its viscosity. Please adjust the proportion of PTFE micropowder according to base oil viscosity, lubricant products’consistency request, and its application, appending proportion of 5%~30% normally suggested (mass fraction).
