First, we conduct a free, in-depth survey to understand needs, budget, and timeline. Secondly, we provide a detailed, transparent quote that breaks down work into different areas to demonstrate how your budget will be utilised - no hidden costs. We then produce a Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) contract, proof of our commitment to the highest industry standards, which includes a checklist of deliverables for later verification. Then, a detailed plan incorporating logistics, permit applications, and fortnightly valuations is formed to ensure timely and budget-compliant progress. The production phase sees the implementation of these plans, with regular updates and site photos keeping all parties informed. Finally, a thorough handover is conducted, using the initial checklist to confirm all aspects meet your standards, ensuring complete satisfaction with the finished project.
