We’re an automotive repair garage in Klamath Falls, OR and I’m Mike Farrar, the shop owner and certified auto service mechanic.I would like to tell you a little about my background. I went to a 2 year automotive technology program at a community college. Went to work for a Honda dealer for 5 years after that, and received extensive factory training there. Continued my education at UNLV in business management, economics, and finance while managing an independent Honda repair shop.
Moved back to California where I managed a large repair shop for 2 years before I bought out an existing repair shop from a retiring mechanic. This shop I owned/operated for 8 years.
Tired of the rat race down south, my wife and I relocated here where her parents are in 2007. Having a lot of interest in real estate and finance field, I became a mortgage broker. This of course was months prior to the real estate market crashing so this didn’t work out!
