Tim, with the support of his wife Karla, started My Trusted Carpet Cleaners as a way for Tim to stop travelling 100% of the time as a data migration consultant for SAP project implementations. "Being able to come home every night rather than spend nights in Marriott hotels away from the family in other cities, was a huge factor in starting My Trusted Carpet Cleaners," Tim recalls. The carpet cleaning industry has many personalities, some good and not so good. With our business, we have the professionals that are certified and have the mentality that "the customer is always right!" We will do the right thing even when no one is looking.
